If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, Feet&Feet offers a 30 day money back guarantee (minus shipping costs) on all unused products (with their original packaging) offered for sale on our site. This applies to domestic and international customers.
To schedule a return, just get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. For information regarding defects or non-conformity of the product itself after 14 days, please read our warranty policy.
Returns on Used Products
Due to hygiene reasons, there are certain products we cannot offer refund or exchanges for if they have already been used.
We do our best to include as much information as possible within our product descriptions to ensure that there's no confusion, but if you have any questions that haven't been answered, please just contact us and we will aim to respond within 1 working day.
Cancellation & Returns on Overseas Orders
Some of our products come directly from our suppliers in China and usually take 10-20 working days to arrive. This will always be stated in the product listing.
Due to the longer delivery times, we cannot cancel these orders once placed. If you no longer want your order and would like a refund, please return the product to us once you have received it.
Please Note: If you feel that you cannot wait this length of time for it, please do not order the item.
2 Year Warranty
Feet&Feet branded products offered for sale on our site or sold by us on any partner websites are covered by our 2 year warranty starting from the date the consumer receives the products. This covers defects or non-conformity of the product itself.
If the consumer receives a product sold by us that is found to be faulty or not as described, consumers have the right to return the product in question to Feet&Feet to be replaced or refunded at no extra costs.
- Consumers must inform Feet&Feet of any defect or non-conformity of their purchased products within 7 days of the date the fault occurred by writing to the email address: sales@feetfeet.co.uk
If a replacement product is not readily available, then consumers are entitled to terminate the purchase and receive a full refund of the product price and original delivery costs. This refund will be issued within 7 working days of Feet&Feet receiving the defective products.
- We will check the returned products to verify any defects or non-conformity described by the consumer, and may return the products to the consumer if no faults exist.
- Products bearing the Feet&Feet brand that are purchased from any other sellers cannot be refunded or replaced unless sold by Feet&Feet itself.
Disputes
We try to do everything possible to ensure our customers are well informed before making a purchase. We always encourage our customers to contact us if there are any disputes.
However, if for any reason, you believe we’re being unfair or unreasonable before or after you make your purchase, you have the choice to contact the Online Dispute Resolution Platform and they may help you resolve your issue.

For products made by Putnams, please adhere to the following terms.
Unwanted Products
Return the product within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging and un-used condition. Some items arrive in pre-sealed bags for hygiene purposes and cannot be returned once opened.
Return costs are at your own expense and it’s recommended that you obtain proof of postage. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us so it’s essential that you package them appropriately to ensure they are returned in perfect condition.
Damaged/Faulty Products
Damaged or faulty products must be reported to us via email within three days upon receipt of the product. Claims reported after this point will not be accepted. Please include as much information as possible, including any relevant images of the fault.
Where possible, Putnams will repair or replace faulty goods, depending on the extent of the damage and stock availability. Redelivery will be at our own expense. We do not offer a returns or collection service in this situation.
