How to Wear
1. When fitting any new product onto your toes, ensure that comfortably seated.
2. Stretch the product to fit over or between your toes – one toe at a time.
- Tip: our gel based products are flexible to accommodate different sized feet but please ensure that you do not overstretch them as they may tear).
3. Start slow by wearing for 10-15 minutes a day and gradually increase wear time as your feet adapt to the stretch.
Wearing Tips
- Try Barefoot First: Start wearing them without shoes until you’re comfortable, and then transition to using them inside wide, flat shoes if you wish.
- Allow Natural Adjustment: Wear them during low-impact activities such as sitting, reading or yoga, to let your feet adjust without additional pressure.
- Stretch and Massage: Pair our gel toe separators with foot stretches or massages to enhance their effectiveness.
- Combine with Exercises: Perform foot exercises like toe curls or foot rolls while wearing your gel product to strengthen the muscles and improve flexibility.
- Be Consistent: Regular use will provide the best results, especially for correcting alignment or relieving chronic foot issues.
- Use for Recovery: Toe separators can be especially beneficial after high-impact activities like running or hiking to relax and realign the toes.

To clean and care for your gel based product, please follow these simple steps:
- Wash regularly with cold or warm water to maintain hygiene and prevent odour. Avoid using strong soap and hot water to prevent damaging your product.
- Let them air dry completely before reuse to avoid trapping moisture.
