How to Use the 4-Way Shoe Stretcher

It’s simple to use our FootRevive 4-Way Shoe Stretchers. Simply follow the instructions below:

1. Insert the entire shoe stretcher into your shoes including the heel block (insert the plugs if you wish to expand specific areas).
2. To widen the toe box, turn the metal handle clockwise – to expand the length, turn the wheel knob clockwise. The heel block will move backwards – to raise the instep, insert the heightening insert.
3. Leave the shoe stretchers in for at least 24 hours to maintain its shape.
